History
Foi a primeira mulher chefe da Casa Civil da Prefeitura do Recife, ainda em 1979, a primeira a ocupar o cargo de vice-presidente da OAB em Pernambuco e, após mais de três décadas de espera, foi diplomada como a primeira (e única, até então) desembargadora do Tribunal Regional Federal da 5ª Região, em 1999.
Foi desembargadora do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Pernambuco (TRE-PE), no biênio 2007-2009.
